A Steel Building Designed with the Builder in Mind
Many steel buildings are engineered primarily around manufacturing efficiency.
Miracle Truss® Buildings are also intentionally designed around what happens after the truck arrives at the job site.
Our structural steel web trusses arrive in sections designed to bolt together. The trusses are fabricated and test-fitted at our factory before shipment.
The steel columns simply attach to prepared concrete piers from early supplied and pre-approved detailed drawings of both anchor bolt layout and drawings of the frames, components, elevations and more.
Pre-positioned, pre-welded and pre-punched steel clips accept standard, readily available dimensional lumber for roof purlins and wall girts.
And because the secondary framing is wood, much of the remaining construction feels a lot more like conventional building.
That’s important when you’re doing some or all of the work yourself.

The major steel truss sections are designed to bolt together rather than requiring field fabrication of the trusses.
Factory Test Assembly

Familiar Wood Secondary Framing
Standard dimensional lumber is used for the roof purlins and wall girts.
If you’ve framed with wood before, a lot of this building will make sense pretty quickly.
Flexible Doors and Windows
Wood secondary framing gives you flexibility when laying out overhead doors, walk doors, windows and other openings.
Easy Interior Finishing
Planning to insulate or finish the building?
The wood framing creates familiar attachment points for insulation systems and many conventional interior finishes.
Clear-Span Interior
Fewer obstacles inside means more freedom when planning your garage, shop, barn, business, storage area or living space.
You Decide How Much You Want to DIY.
This may be the most important part.
DIY doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
