• 3′ Overhang on both endwalls (via purlins); 6′ Overhang on both side walls

• Custom portal braces in the upper trusses only, none for the walls.
• 3:12 Pitch runs Length of Building – Low Undertruss clearance to be 11’8 1/8″; High Undertruss to be approx 24′
• The frames did not have the pitch built into them like traditional measures; instead, the frames were built at differing heights and the clips had the angle built into them to set the pitch.

Exterior:

Client used a factory stained southern yellow pine for purlins and also the for the decking so it shows from below from the outside.
